Hugo Oliver were amazing from start to finish they kept me updated throughout the process. Liam (Sales Manager) was constantly replying to all my emails with my million questions, Darek (the fitter) was amazing, the work was finished with such perfection and he is such a kind person. Due to my past experiences with bathroom companies I had lots of anxiety about paying out so much money, but I do not regret picking this company, within the next year I will be looking at doing a utility room and kitchen so I will definitely be back in contact for the next project.

We had a fantastic experience with Hugo Oliver. They were super patient with me during the design process, rendering so many different designs for us before we made up our minds. The fitting experience was fantastic. The fitters were incredibly professional and just nice to have about - honestly we kind of miss having them around. The final product is completely flawless. The process from Hugo Oliver team from design, fixture choices, project management and installation have all been first class- special shout out to Geok our onsite professional, he is a true craftsman, and his attention to detail is flawless during the installation. From start to finish we could not have asked for a better service from Hugo Oliver. Valentina listened to our hopes for how the finished bathroom would look and offered us a design that we were very happy with The work itself was mainly carried out by Ionnel and Cosmin and their work ethic and attention to detail was excellent. We couldn't be happier with our new en-suite bathroom from Hugo Oliver. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding, and the finished result is absolutely beautiful. Kaspar, who carried out all of the work, has an incredible eye for detail, and it really shows in every aspect of the installation. He worked tirelessly, even through the recent heatwaves, and was always professional, hardworking, and meticulous. Nothing was too much trouble, and the care and pride he took in his work gave us complete confidence throughout the project. We're so impressed with the end result that we've already asked Hugo Oliver to install our second bathroom. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a high-quality bathroom installation.
