We'd been struggling with our bathroom project. We just weren't getting the professional vibe from some of the other companies that we approached.

We knew Maciek (fitter) from a bathroom at our old house in SE London, so we got in touch. We assumed, wrongly, that he wouldn't want a project in SW London.

He put us in touch with Agnes at Hugo Oliver. Everything changed. The patience & professionalism, are second to none. People are spending a significant amount of money on their bathrooms, and you need someone who is going to help, advise, and support you during the project - Agnes is all of these.

Hugo Oliver completely transformed our en-suite bathroom with a smart use of space. Johann (the showroom manager) was fantastic in listening to our needs and designing a great bathroom, taking care to change the design through the discussion. The fitting is excellent, Gek (the fitter) was attentive, hard working and made sure everything was completed to a high standard. Laurentiu (the project manager) communicated throughout the project to make sure we understood how everything would work. Agnes from Hugo Oliver worked with us to design our new shower room and then they supplied all the fixtures and fittings. Johann was brilliant from the first time we walked into the showroom until our bathroom was finished..and beyond.
He was patient and happy to try out as many options as we wanted to before we made our final decision.
For the install the Project Manager and the Fitter were also brilliant, we were consulted through out the build and the results are amazing.
Afterservice on one query we had was also quick and to our satisfaction.

Update 2024
I popped into Hugo Oliver last week to look at their Kitchens, "yes they do kitchens now", and to say that my bathroom still looks like the day it was installed. From the tiles to the gleaming fixtures, every aspect of the design has stood the test of time, just confirming the high standard implemented both on the units used and the installation, see photos taken in 2018 & 2024..... I don't normally wright reviews, but I would have to say the service I received from Hugo Oliver was first class. Design, planning and implementation went without a hitch and all elements delivered on time.

All the products used are of a high standard and the implementation was up there with the best.

I would like to say a big thank you to Valentina, Paul and Marcin for their help in coming up with a fantastic design. I couldn't have asked to work with a better team.

Fantastic place to use for bathroom refurb. Every product they sale is of great quality so that helps with the choosing straight away! Valentina was great at working to my budget. Hugo Oliver recently completed a bathroom refurb for us in London. They did an excellent job with superb attention to detail and with minimal disruption to the rest of the house. I can’t recommend Hugo Oliver highly enough.  While looking around for a firm to redo my tiny bathroom, they were the only people who would do what I wanted within a budget I was happy with.  The whole process was very smooth.  Paul and Agnes were a joy to work with,  Agnes’ design was perfect, and Kaspar, who fitted it, was very professional.
