Yes, after you’ve contacted us we will arrange to visit to your home. This is a great opportunity to sit with you and talk about what you want from your bathroom renovation, as well as look at your existing bathroom, take measurements and go through some bathroom inspiration with you.

Yes, our workmanship is covered by a one-year guarantee. In addition, all bathroom products come with individual manufacturer warranties for extra reassurance.
Do you offer fixed-price contracts?
Yes, our contracts are fixed-price for peace of mind. In the rare event of hidden issues, we discuss solutions and costs with you before proceeding.
The average lead time is around 8 weeks. In many cases, we can accommodate customer requests to bring projects forward.

Design
Yes, every design is tailored to the individual property and client. We ensure layouts, finishes, and features complement your space perfectly. You can explore our case studies for inspiration.
After carrying out a home visit to take measurements, we sit down with you to discuss ideas in depth. We can inspire you with new concepts, work with your vision, or combine the two. Our team then creates a 3D design that factors in tiling, lighting, heating, and plumbing, as well as your preferred style. This design is presented in our showroom, where we refine the layout, finishes, and details together before moving forward.
Our team use CAD (Computer Aided Design) to create our bathroom designs, and these are only a visual representation. We can’t guarantee it will 100% represent colour, exact products or small details. It will however give you a very good idea of what you can expect from the finished project. We always measure your bathroom before starting the design and this is all checked by the installer as well.
We are proud to work with leading bathrooms brands and high-quality manufacturers, such as GSI, Bette, Axor, Catalano and Dansani. Installation
Yes, our team of dedicated multi-skilled fitters manages your bathroom installation, and liaise with specialist trades where required. This ensures seamless project delivery without the stress of managing multiple contractors
Most installations take around three weeks. We assign one dedicated tradesperson to each project, ensuring consistency and clear communication throughout.
