We had the pleasure of working with Agnes and Adam the past few months as part of our house renovation. We had quite a small bathroom, but Agnes helped us design something that maximised the space and included all of the features we wanted (bath tub, moving the toilet and sink, etc). She gave us a lot of helpful recommendations on which products to choose based on our lifestyle rather than a price, and helped bring the design to life when we showed her specific tiles that we wanted to use. She was clear in her emails regarding the invoice, payment structure, and estimate timelines for the works.

Adam, the builder, was also an absolute joy to have at ours. He was extremely professional and meticulous with his work, both at the house and in his communications with us. He was also generous with his advice; he noticed plans we had for the rest of the house and potential issues with them, so it feels like we got much more than just a new bathroom with Hugo Oliver. I'm especially grateful to him for how easily he worked with and around the other trades we had at the house.

I'd definitely recommend Hugo Oliver, it's just a shame we only have the one bathroom, and that should last us a significant length of time!

We have just had our en-suite renovated and it is BEAUTIFUL!!! Thanks so much to our designer, Agnes, for all her patient and thorough work on the design, and support throughout the process. The dedicated design service was very important to us, and the primary reason that we decided not to go with some of the cheaper companies we found, since they expected us to design it ourselves and then order everything ourselves, and they would simply install it. With Hugo Oliver, everything was taken care of on our behalf, and with accuracy, flexibility (we changed our mind on the shower halfway through!) and care. The builder was also excellent. We were extremely impressed with his expertise, quick but precise workmanship and professionalism, and he was very courteous and respectful of our home. It was an excellent experience from start to finish, and I would 100% recommend the company. We would not hesitate to use them again, and we're already thinking about the kitchen...

Hugo Oliver were amazing from start to finish they kept me updated throughout the process.
Liam (Sales Manager) was constantly replying to all my emails with my million questions, Darek (the fitter) was amazing, the work was finished with such perfection and he is such a kind person.
Due to my past experiences with bathroom companies I had lots of anxiety about paying out so much money, but I do not regret picking this company, within the next year I will be looking at doing a utility room and kitchen so I will definitely be back in contact for the next project.

We had a fantastic experience with Hugo Oliver. They were super patient with me during the design process, rendering so many different designs for us before we made up our minds. The fitting experience was fantastic. The fitters were incredibly professional and just nice to have about - honestly we kind of miss having them around. The final product is completely flawless. The process from Hugo Oliver team from design, fixture choices, project management and installation have all been first class- special shout out to Geok our onsite professional, he is a true craftsman, and his attention to detail is flawless during the installation.

From start to finish we could not have asked for a better service from Hugo Oliver. Valentina listened to our hopes for how the finished bathroom would look and offered us a design that we were very happy with The work itself was mainly carried out by Ionnel and Cosmin and their work ethic and attention to detail was excellent. We couldn't be happier with our new en-suite bathroom from Hugo Oliver. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding, and the finished result is absolutely beautiful. Kaspar, who carried out all of the work, has an incredible eye for detail, and it really shows in every aspect of the installation.
He worked tirelessly, even through the recent heatwaves, and was always professional, hardworking, and meticulous. Nothing was too much trouble, and the care and pride he took in his work gave us complete confidence throughout the project.
