In many cases, yes. For straightforward projects, our fitters are able to liaise directly with clients, while more complex projects receive additional project management support. We tailor the level of management to the needs of each installation.

Our installers have fitted hundreds of bathrooms and work to consistently highstandards. Their experience, combined with long-standing relationships with us, ensures exceptional quality and reliable results.

Yes, our team of dedicated multi-skilled fitters manages your bathroom installation, and liaise with specialist trades where required. This ensures seamless project delivery without the stress of managing multiple contractors

Yes, every design is tailored to the individual property and client. We ensure layouts, finishes, and features complement your space perfectly. You can explore our case studies for inspiration.

After carrying out a home visit to take measurements, we sit down with you to discuss ideas in depth. We can inspire you with new concepts, work with your vision, or combine the two. Our team then creates a 3D design that factors in tiling, lighting, heating, and plumbing, as well as your preferred style. This design is presented in our showroom, where we refine the layout, finishes, and details together before moving forward.

Our team use CAD (Computer Aided Design) to create our bathroom designs, and these are only a visual representation. We can’t guarantee it will 100% represent colour, exact products or small details. It will however give you a very good idea of what you can expect from the finished project. We always measure your bathroom before starting the design and this is all checked by the installer as well.

We are proud to work with leading bathrooms brands and high-quality manufacturers, such as GSI, Bette, Axor, Catalano and Dansani. How To Find Our Bathroom Showroom

From the Blackwall Tunnel Approach Road, take the turn-off at the IKEA Greenwich Peninsula store, then at the roundabout by Tarmac turn right on to Bugsby’s Way. Continue down past Asda, and NEXT / Costa Coffee on your left. Immediately past Primark, turn left into Lombard Wall and first right into the car park. Topps Tiles is immediately in front of you and Hugo Oliver is to the right of Topps. Our shop is accessible both from the car park and from inside the Topps store. If you are driving from Charlton Station direction, follow Bugsby’s Way and make a U-turn at the roundabout after Sainsbury’s and M&S.

Public Transport

From North Greenwich tube station at the O2, take a 472 or 486 bus and alight at the Peninsula Park Road stop opposite McDonald’s. Or take a train to Charlton station, turn left out of the station, over the Woolwich Road and follow the road round past Makro. We are on the right.

We had quite a small bathroom, but Agnes helped us design something that maximised the space and included all of the features we wanted (bath tub, moving the toilet and sink, etc). She gave us a lot of helpful recommendations on which products to choose based on our lifestyle rather than a price, and helped bring the design to life when we showed her specific tiles that we wanted to use. She was clear in her emails regarding the invoice, payment structure, and estimate timelines for the works.

Adam, the builder, was also an absolute joy to have at ours. He was extremely professional and meticulous with his work, both at the house and in his communications with us. He was also generous with his advice; he noticed plans we had for the rest of the house and potential issues with them, so it feels like we got much more than just a new bathroom with Hugo Oliver. I'm especially grateful to him for how easily he worked with and around the other trades we had at the house.

I'd definitely recommend Hugo Oliver, it's just a shame we only have the one bathroom, and that should last us a significant length of time!

Thanks so much to our designer, Agnes, for all her patient and thorough work on the design, and support throughout the process. The dedicated design service was very important to us, and the primary reason that we decided not to go with some of the cheaper companies we found, since they expected us to design it ourselves and then order everything ourselves, and they would simply install it. With Hugo Oliver, everything was taken care of on our behalf, and with accuracy, flexibility (we changed our mind on the shower halfway through!) and care. The builder was also excellent. We were extremely impressed with his expertise, quick but precise workmanship and professionalism, and he was very courteous and respectful of our home. It was an excellent experience from start to finish, and I would 100% recommend the company. We would not hesitate to use them again, and we're already thinking about the kitchen...

Liam (Sales Manager) was constantly replying to all my emails with my million questions, Darek (the fitter) was amazing, the work was finished with such perfection and he is such a kind person.
